Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to perform welding, fitting, cutting, and related fabrication work in a metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading drawings and weld specifications, setting up jobs, and producing quality welds with limited supervision.

Requirements of the Welder

3+ years of general welding experience

Experience with MIG and TIG welding

Ability to read weld specifications, shop drawings, layouts, and blueprints

Ability to set up and position weldments using fixtures and jigs

Knowledge of structural metals and welding materials

Ability to use basic measuring tools, gauges, and templates

Experience with welding equipment, grinding, cutting, and surface preparation

Responsibilities of the Welder

Review job orders and welding specifications

Set up, fit, and position weldments for production

Perform MIG/TIG welding, cutting, grinding, and surface preparation

Inspect welds for proper quality and bonding

Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area

Follow company quality, ISO, and safety standards

Complete work accurately while meeting production requirements

2nd shift: 1:30PM - 12:00AM Monday through Thursday

Pay is $30.00 - $34.00 hourly, based on experience
