Position: Cherry Picker Operator / Reach Truck Operator

Location: Lithia Springs & Austell, GA

Job Summary

We are building a talent pool of Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for clients in the Lithia Springs and Austell, GA area. These roles support warehouse and distribution operations by safely operating cherry pickers and reach trucks to pick, stock, and move inventory. Ideal candidates have hands-on equipment experience and a strong safety record in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

Operate cherry picker and/or reach truck equipment to pick, stock, and relocate pallets and inventory

Navigate narrow aisles and elevated racking safely and efficiently

Perform accurate order picking using RF scanners or paper pick tickets

Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report mechanical issues

Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation

Follow all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

Keep work areas clean and organized

Must Haves

Prior hands-on experience operating a cherry picker and/or reach truck

Comfortable working at heights and in elevated equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for a full shift

Reliable transportation to the Lithia Springs/Austell area

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills

Current cherry picker, reach truck, or forklift certification

RF scanner experience

Warehouse management system (WMS) experience

Prior distribution center or 3PL experience
