This position coordinates shipping and receiving activities, supervises material handling, and monitors inventory control procedures to support service levels and safety standards.

The Warehouse Supervisor leads and schedules warehouse team members, provides training and performance feedback, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\n \n The role also involves troubleshooting operational issues, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer and organizational objectives.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.\n Qualifications\n \n\n Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance management.\n Experience in shipping & receiving and material handling within a warehouse or distribution environment.\n Knowledge of inventory control practices, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution.\n Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with relevant certifications preferred.\n Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic data entry or reporting skills.\n Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.\n Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.\n Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations; fashion and lifestyle sector experience is a plus.\n High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or technical training in logistics or supply chain is beneficial.\n
