Marvin is seeking a Principal People Analytics & Insights Partner to shape data-driven talent strategies across our manufacturing organization. In this role, you will partner with HR and business leaders to turn workforce data into insights that improve hiring, retention, engagement, and performance. You will design dashboards, lead advanced analyses, and guide decision-makers with clear, actionable recommendations. As a key thought partner in a people-first, family-owned company, you'll influence strategy, elevate HR capabilities, and help build a strong, engaged workforce for the long term.
Responsibilities
Lead people analytics strategy to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness for Marvin's manufacturing operations
Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into insights and action plans that improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using HRIS and analytics tools to track trends across the employee lifecycle
Develop and execute advanced analyses (e.g., segmentation, forecasting, predictive models) to inform talent and labor decisions
Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible use of people data, including privacy, security, and compliance standards
Consult and coach HRBPs and leaders on interpreting insights and embedding data-driven decision-making into everyday processes
Lead or support projects related to workforce optimization, engagement, DEI, and organizational design
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, compelling narratives
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to integrate people data with broader business metrics
Continuously improve analytics tools, methodologies, and self-service capabilities for HR and business stakeholders
