Sr. CoPilot Engineer

We are looking for a Sr. Copilot Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Microsoft ecosystem engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions built on Copilot and the Power Platform, in a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and customize Copilot Studio agents, connectors, actions, and enterprise AI workflows

Design and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers, integrating them with enterprise systems and data sources

Develop and maintain solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate

Build and manage enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and connections to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party systems

Establish governance, security, and ALM practices to support scalable, enterprise-grade Copilot and Power Platform deployments

Manage environment strategy and deployment processes across development, test, and production

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and productivity gains

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Copilot, Power Platform, and integrated systems

Stay current on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and MCP developments, sharing knowledge across the team

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building and customizing Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, connectors, and workflows

Strong experience designing, building, and integrating MCP Servers with enterprise systems

5+ years of Microsoft 365/Power Platform experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate

Solid enterprise integration experience, including REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and Dataverse/SharePoint integrations

Strong background in governance and deployment, including security, ALM, and environment management for Power Platform solutions

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
