Key Responsibilities for the Customer Experience Specialist:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately

• Coordinate order changes and special customer requests

• Provide updates on order status, production, and shipping timelines

• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Support customer relationships and assist with follow-up activities

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Specialist:

• Prior customer service, customer support, inside sales support, or related experience

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Experience managing customer orders, quotes, or related transactions

• High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in all communications and customer interactions
