Virtual Tutor – GraceHaven

GraceHaven is seeking warm, reliable virtual tutors to support students in our online learning programs.

We’re a faith-based organization dedicated to helping learners of all ages grow academically while being encouraged in a caring, values-centered environment.

Our tutors work remotely, meeting one-on-one or in small groups via video, and play an important role in making education both effective and supportive.

What you’ll do:

• Provide virtual tutoring in core subjects (math, reading, writing, science, and more)

• Help students build confidence, develop study habits, and work through challenges

• Maintain a patient, encouraging presence that reflects GraceHaven’s commitment to kindness and integrity

• Coordinate schedules and communicate regularly with students and families

• Track progress and share brief updates as needed

Who we’re looking for:

• Solid subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly

• Experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring (formal or informal) preferred

• Comfortable teaching online and using basic video-conferencing tools

• Reliable, organized, and able to keep a consistent schedule

• A respectful, positive attitude that aligns with our faith-based mission

• Fully remote / flexible hours
