Material Handler

Location: Largo, FL

Pay: $16.00-$18.00hr DOE

Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our manufacturing team by moving, staging, mixing, labeling, and supplying materials throughout the facility while maintaining a safe and organized production environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred

Forklift experience preferred; training available

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

Basic computer and handheld scanner skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards

Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Move, stage, and supply raw materials, components, and finished products

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment

Measure, weigh, mix, and replenish materials according to production requirements

Monitor material levels and perform inventory counts

Verify material labels, quantities, and locations

Clean and maintain hoppers, blenders, grinders, dryers, and filters using hand tools and required PPE

Complete work orders, material tags, and inventory documentation

Maintain clean, organized production areas and clear aisles

Communicate material and production information between shifts

Follow all safety, quality, production, and housekeeping procedures
