If you enjoy connecting with guests at breakfast, ensuring guest satisfaction and provide service recovery when needed, and you have 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Attendant, and High School diploma or higher-level education, this may be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

To maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean breakfast in accordance with standards of Greens and the Brand.

Responsible for the usage and organization of food supplies.

Understands and implements the mission statement, values, and culture always.

The ideal candidate:

Multi-task, detail oriented, remain service-centric

Communicate with guests, co-workers, receiving and transmitting mail, phone, and written messages and relay pertinent information using log books

Manage time effectively

Assist with guest issues with professionalism maintaining hospitable attitude.

Computer literate to thoroughly operate property management systems: post charges, compute bills, collect payment, and make change

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Effective communication skills.

Good listener.

Emphatic and tolerant.

Rational, prudent and practical.

Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating

Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach

Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on Holidays, weekends, and evenings. Long hours sometimes required

Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pound
