Job Summary:
Seeking a senior HR Technology leader to own end-to-end delivery and production support for the HR & Recruiting application portfolio. The role will manage technology strategy, application lifecycle, integrations, managed services, teams, vendors, and senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Own HR/Recruiting applications across design, development, integrations, releases & production support
Lead teams of 15–50+ functional, technical, integration, and support resources
Manage SLAs/SLOs, KPIs, governance, incidents, releases, and change management
Drive HR technology roadmap, modernization, automation, and build/buy decisions
Partner with senior HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders
Manage managed-service/SI engagements, SOWs, staffing, and change orders
Must-Have Skills:
Workday HCM – Business Processes, Security, EIBs, Core Connectors, integrations, releases
Workday Recruiting / ATS – Greenhouse, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, etc.
HR & Recruiting technology domain expertise
APIs, MuleSoft/iPaaS, event-driven & batch integrations
Managed Services / Outsourcing delivery experience
Strong people leadership + stakeholder management
Experience with sensitive employee data, privacy, and enterprise HR systems
