North Mississippi Primary Health Care is hiring a Pharmacvist-PRN (Part Time) in Ashland, MS to provide safe, accurate pharmacy services that support patient care. You’ll process and dispense prescriptions, verify orders for accuracy, counsel patients on proper use, and coordinate with providers on medication management, interactions, and side effects. You’ll also maintain required documentation and controlled-substance records.

Required qualifications/skills:

- PharmD from an accredited program

- Active Mississippi pharmacist license

- Clear, professional communication and strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently; clinical or community pharmacy experience preferred

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch. Expect a steady flow of prescription activity, time at the counter and in the pharmacy area, and regular check-ins with clinical staff as questions come up. You’ll balance focused verification work with short, direct patient conversations, then wrap up by ensuring records and logs are up to date before the day ends.
