Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Full-Time

Location: Olean, NY

Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team in Olean, NY. Join a collaborative team focused on helping patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.

Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.Full-Time Benefits Package*
