Occupational Therapist (OTR) – PRN

Location: Georgetown, OH

Schedule: PRN – 1–9 hours per week and/or as needed

Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team in Georgetown, OH.

What You'll Do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.

Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor progress.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.PRN Benefit*
