Lead Educational Navigator

Atlas Care is hiring a part-time W-2 Lead Educational Navigator in Lake County, Florida. This role combines direct educational support with leadership that strengthens program quality and Navigator development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized educational support to children and young adults

• Model effective family-centered and strengths-based practices

• Help guide Navigator onboarding, coaching, documentation quality, and service consistency

• Communicate with families and the Atlas team and travel locally for assignments

Qualifications:

• Strong background in education, special education, child development, behavior support, or a related human-services field

• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience

• Reliable transportation and ability to complete required screening

Compensation: $28–$35 per hour. Part-time W-2. Hours and assignments depend on family needs, location, availability, qualifications, and successful screening; specific hours are not guaranteed.
