Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS)

Atlas Care is hiring a part-time W-2 Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) to provide family-centered early intervention services for infants and toddlers in Lake County, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based support in homes and community settings

• Coach caregivers and collaborate with families and service teams

• Maintain timely documentation and follow program requirements

• Travel locally for family assignments

Qualifications:

• Current Florida ITDS certification, or documented eligibility/certification in process

• Relevant education and experience in early childhood development, special education, therapy support, or a related field

• Reliable transportation and ability to complete required screening

• Strong communication, documentation, and family-engagement skills

Compensation: Up to $30 per hour, based on relevant ITDS experience. The $30/hour rate is intended for experienced ITDS providers. Part-time W-2. Flexible, family-based daytime scheduling. Hours and assignments depend on family needs, location, availability, qualifications, and successful screening; specific hours are not guaranteed.
