Description + Position: Foreign Exchange Operations Analyst (Contract) + Location: Columbus, OH + Tentative Pay Rate: $32.00/hour Job Description The Foreign Exchange (FX) Operations Analyst will support the daily processing and settlement of foreign exchange transactions for corporate and institutional clients.

This role is responsible for trade confirmations, payment processing, reconciliations, investigations, and ensuring timely and accurate settlement of foreign exchange transactions across multiple currencies and payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities + Provide operational support for corporate and institutional clients on FX transactions.

+ Process incoming and outgoing foreign currency payments accurately and efficiently.

+ Verify and confirm foreign exchange transactions and ensure timely settlements.

+ Monitor and manage FX payment flows across various currencies and platforms.

+ Perform daily reconciliations and resolve trade or payment discrepancies.

+ Investigate and resolve payment delays, trade mismatches, and compliance-related alerts.

+ Maintain transaction records within WallStreet, MTS, SWIFT gpi, and other financial systems.

+ Partner with traders, relationship managers, operations teams, and clients to ensure seamless trade execution.

+ Respond to client inquiries regarding foreign exchange transactions and payment activity.

+ Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and automation efforts.

Required Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ 2+ years of financial operations experience.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Requirements Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

+ Experience in banking operations, payments, treasury operations, or foreign exchange operations.

+ Experience with payment processing, reconciliations, and investigations.

+ Knowledge of AML/BSA, OFAC, and funds movement controls.

+ Familiarity with FX products including spot, forwards, swaps, and options.

+ Experience with FX platforms such as WallStreet System and MTS.

+ Knowledge of SWIFT payment messaging formats including MT103, MT202, and MT300.

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
