Walker White Mechanical, a trusted leader in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication in the Greater Columbia, SC area, is now accepting applications for our 2026 Entry-Level Apprenticeship Program. This four-year paid apprenticeship provides hands-on, classroom, and on-the-job training in Sheet Metal, Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Pipefitting, setting you up for a long-term, rewarding career in the skilled trades.

What You’ll Learn & Do

Assist journeymen and experienced professionals on HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics

Safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and materials

Follow all job-site safety standards and protocols

Build the technical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills needed for a successful career over the next four years

Who Should Apply?

Individuals with little or no experience—we provide all training
