Part-Time Maintenance Technician (20–25 Hours/Week)

BMOC, Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain high-quality apartment communities in Whitewater. If you're reliable, motivated, and enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do

Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, patching, cleaning, flooring repairs)

Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally

Troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, HVAC, doors, locks, and other building systems

Perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition

Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping as needed

Participate in an on-call rotation with support from our after-hours call center

Occasionally assist at nearby properties when neededWhat We're Looking For

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Basic maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or apartment maintenance

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

HVAC/EPA certification or maintenance-related training is a plus, but not required

Must provide your own basic hand tools
