Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision metal fabrication team in Alto, GA.

In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, and perform MIG welding and fabrication on custom sheet metal and structural components.

You will inspect work for quality, meet production deadlines, and support continuous improvement.

This senior position also mentors junior welders, promotes safety best practices, and collaborates with engineering and assembly teams to deliver reliable, high quality products.
