Client: Food Manufacturing Company

Duration: 5 Months – Possible Extension

Location: Halls, TN 38040

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 6 Days/Week 1 Day Off

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Summary

Entry-level General Laborer supporting grain facility operations, material handling, equipment care, and facility maintenance. The role involves physically demanding work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars.

Perform grain handling activities, including filling and reclaiming grain ground piles.

Operate and monitor facility equipment as assigned.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and operator care.

Report equipment or operational issues as needed.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

Provide good customer service and work effectively with team members.

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist.

Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work safely in heat, cold, dust, loud noise, and other indoor/outdoor conditions.

Ability to work in elevated areas 4+ feet above ground.

Willingness to use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Preferred / Additional

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.

Previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, grain handling, warehouse, or general labor is a plus.
