Accounting Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support financial and accounting systems, with a particular focus on project costing and asset management.\n \n This role sits at the intersection of Accounting and Technology and is ideal for someone who understands accounting processes and enjoys improving the systems behind them.\n \n The Senior Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with accounting and technical teams to support ERP functionality, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and implement system enhancements.\n \n What You’ll Do\n\n Support ERP functionality related to Project Costing, Fixed Assets/Asset Management, and other financial processes\n Partner with Accounting to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions\n Troubleshoot system and process issues and identify opportunities for improvement\n Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and implementations\n Participate in system configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment of changes\n Improve and automate accounting and financial processes\n Develop and maintain reporting and system documentation\n Serve as a liaison between Accounting, IT, and other business teams\n\n \n What We’re Looking For\n\n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience\n Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes\n Experience working with an ERP or enterprise financial system such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Workday, JD Edwards, or a similar platform\n Experience with Project Costing/Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, CIP, capitalization, capital projects, or related accounting processes\n\n \n What’s In It for You?\n\n Hybrid schedule\n 15 days of paid time off\n 401(k) with 6% company match\n Strong benefits package\n Excellent employee tenure and a stable work environment\n
