Associate Attorney will handle a mix of transactional work and litigation matters on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings, motions, and other court filings, and managing case files.

The role involves advising clients on business, real estate, contracts, participating in negotiations, and assisting with discovery, hearings, and trial preparation.

The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

This is an on-site role located in American Fork, Utah\n Qualifications\n\n Strong experience or interest in business matters and commercial litigation.\n Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to business and individual clients.\n Proficient in legal research, including case law, statutes, and regulatory materials.\n Effective negotiation skills for resolving disputes, drafting agreements, and managing settlements.\n Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license (or eligibility) to practice law in Utah.\n Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong drafting and analytical abilities.\n High attention to detail, professional judgment, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.\n Commitment to ethical practice, client service, and collaborative work within a law firm environment.\n
