n Roofing Sales Closer\n \n Everline Roofing Group Columbus, OH In Person 1099 Independent Contractor\n \n About the Role\n \n Everline Roofing Group is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Closer to join our growing roofing and insurance restoration team.

This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional who can build relationships with homeowners, develop a strong sales pipeline, and close profitable roofing projects.\n \n We specialize in storm damage restoration, including hail and wind claims, as well as high-quality retail roofing.

Our team provides company-generated appointments, marketing support, and operational backing so you can focus on selling and closing.\n \n Compensation & Earning Potential\n \n\n $30 per hour for qualifying work hours, plus 1.5% commission on the total revenue of deals closed during the month.\n Uncapped earning potential, with total compensation based on hours worked and closed-project revenue.\n Company-provided appointments to supplement your pipeline and support your sales activity.\n\n \n What You’ll Do\n \n\n Knock the six-pack and actively develop your own sales pipeline in designated neighborhoods.\n Follow up on company-provided appointments and convert leads into signed roofing contracts.\n Conduct in-home sales appointments, build trust with homeowners, and identify roofing opportunities.\n Identify potential hail and wind damage and coordinate or conduct roof inspections as qualified and safely able to do so.\n Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance restoration processes, and available financing.\n Handle objections, create urgency where appropriate, and close same-day opportunities.\n Transition insurance-related opportunities to retail roofing solutions when coverage is unavailable or insufficient.\n Work with insurance adjusters, production teams, and company management to support a smooth customer experience.\n Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and pipeline updates in CRM systems such as JobNimbus or AccuLynx.\n Take ownership of sales performance, including appointments, close rate, average deal size, and monthly revenue.\n\n \n What We Offer\n \n\n Company-provided appointments and marketing support.\n Training and operational support in roofing sales, insurance restoration, and customer acquisition.\n Flexibility and autonomy within a performance-driven sales environment.\n CRM tools, financing resources, and dedicated production support.\n Opportunities to work in storm-active markets around Columbus, Ohio.\n\n \n Qualifications\n \n\n At least 2 years of successful in-home, face-to-face, or roofing sales closing experience.\n Prior roofing or insurance restoration sales experience required.\n Demonstrated personal sales production with specific figures for annual revenue, average deal size, and close rate.\n Strong understanding of roofing products, storm damage, insurance claims, and retail sales.\n Proven ability to prospect, knock doors, follow appointments, and close independently.\n Comfortable conducting field appointments and working in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.\n Haag Certification is preferred.\n Familiarity with JobNimbus, AccuLynx, or similar CRM platforms.\n Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them to homeowners.\n Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for appointments.\n Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.\n Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with performance-based compensation.\n\n \n What Success Looks Like\n \n We are looking for a sales professional who can demonstrate a consistent record of closing profitable roofing projects and developing their own pipeline.
