What You ll Do

Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult populations

Perform routine exams, health assessments, and manage common acute and chronic conditions

Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR system

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Contribute to mobile clinic activities and community outreach programs

Adhere to all safety, clinical, and confidentiality standards

What You Need

Arizona Medical License (in-hand)

DEA license

BLS certification

2+ years of family practice experience

Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working with diverse age groups

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

About the Assignment
