The facility operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with no call requirements, offering providers an exceptional work-life balance in a supportive clinical environment.

Opportunity:

Physician (MD) - Internal Medicine - Infectious Disease

Job Details:

Outpatient clinic only setting with no call required

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule

Up to 2 positions available

20-30 patient encounters per shift

Management of vascular access devices and central venous catheters required

Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)

Active Indiana medical license required

BLS certification required

Temporary privileges will be utilized during credentialing process

Nearest airport is Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA)

Assignment runs through September 30, 2026 and ongoing

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
