Surgery - General Physician

Schedule: 2-3 days in the OR per week; low call burden

Job Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient

Types of Cases: Hand surgery; opportunity to teach and work with residents; state-of-the-art technology including microscope for hand procedures

Call: Beeper call covering both inpatient and outpatient; low call burden for better work-life balance

Facility: Level 2 Trauma Center; region's only single-specialty orthopedic hospital with 6 ORs and main hospital with 12 oversized ORs; dedicated 2-3 orthopedic rooms daily; on-site inpatient rehab

Supervise Advanced Practice Providers: Yes; multiple APPs for clinical and surgical support; 2-3 scrub techs per case if needed

Start Date: January 1, 2027

Board Certified/Board Eligible: Yes - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery - Hand Surgery
