Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack .NET Development & Modernization: Develop and maintain enterprise web applications built on modern C#, .NET, .NET Core, Telerik UI, and standard HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript frontends.

ADA Compliance & Web Accessibility (WCAG): Conduct comprehensive audits (using screen readers such as NVDA/WAVE alongside Claude AI automated scans) and lead remediation efforts to ensure all web interfaces meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA and Section 508 requirements.

Accessible PDF Generation: Conduct comprehensive audits of legacy PDF report code and build fully compliant, dynamic PDF reporting modules (including tagged PDFs, proper reading orders, and structural elements) directly within .NET workflows.

AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage enterprise AI tools—including GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) Copilot and Anthropic Claude—to accelerate code accessibility auditing, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
