Driver / Case Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Driver / Case Manager to support client transportation needs and assist with case management services. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in becoming a Certified Case Manager.

Qualifications

Valid Ohio driver's license

Active auto insurance

Routing and navigation experience required

Clean driving record preferred

Ability to document services accurately

Willingness to become a Certified Case Manager

Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to and from appointments, programs, and services

Plan and follow efficient driving routes

Document transportation and case management services accurately

Assist with case management tasks as assigned

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Schedule

Part-time availability required

Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
