Program Developer

Job DescriptionDescription:

Mission: Develops and maintains scalable, secure cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure using modern DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Primary responsibilities and duties:

? Lead and collaborate with cross-functional, full-stack agile teams, to build solutions

? Data analysis to see trends and map relationships that will solve problems

Cloud-Based Application Development

Design, build, and maintain applications based on Microsoft .Net Core and SQL Server.

Develop scalable services using languages and frameworks (.NET, C#, JavaScript, TSQL)

Implement RESTful APIs, WebSockets.

Fluent in Bootstrap 5 and native javascript/jquery.

Knowledge of Visual Studio Professional/Enterprise required

Knowledge of AI Coding Tools preferred

Azure Services & Infrastructure

Knowledge of

Azure Blob Storage

Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DBGeneral

Azure Portal knowledge

Design solutions for high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance

CI/CD & DevOps

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Manage source control with Git and enforce branching strategies

Support automated testing, builds, and deployments

Security, Identity & Compliance

Implement authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

Secure applications with Key Vault, managed identities, and role-based access control (RBAC)

Follow Azure security best practices and compliance requirements

Data & Integration

Design and optimize data models in SQL, Cosmos DB, or NoSQL stores

Integrate third-party systems using APIs and messaging services

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Work in Agile/Scrum teams with product owners, QA, and architects

Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews

Document cloud architectures and operational runbooks

Technical Project Management

Spearhead Agile sprint planning, maintaining backlog

Translate technical features into user friendly specifications

Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks

Qualifications:

? Project Management Skills are a must

? Demonstrated drive to build software that solves problems

? Naturally focused on solving software issues and drive to make the systems faster / simpler

? 3+ years' experience in computer programming preferred

? Advanced proficiency in multiple backend programming languages

? Experience designing and managing databases

? BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred

? Excellent communication skills and follow-up

? Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality requiredRequirements:
