sales supervisor - retail

Tasks:

.Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)

.Assign sales workers to duties

.Authorize payments by cheque

.Authorize return of merchandise

.Establish work schedules

.Sell merchandise

.Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

.Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and

supply shortages

.Organize and maintain inventory

.Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

.Manage cash

Requirements:

. Good English communication skills; Secondary school graduation and above; 1

year to less than 2 years; French level B1+ is an asset.

. Computer skills(MS Outlook}j; Own transportation; Accurate; Client focus;

Flexibility; Organized; Reliability; Ability to multitask

. Police Clearance Certificate

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods; Shift, Weekend, Overtime available

Work location: 1808 HWY 14 Windsor, NS. B0N 2T0

Salary and work hours: 18.60 hourly / 30 to 48 hours per week
