Are you an Assistant Project Manager looking for a Direct Path To Project Manager, with In-House Training, Bonus, and Full Benefits? Do you have experience supporting construction projects using Bluebeam in a fast-paced environment?

This is a permanent, on-site role with a long-established construction contractor, built for someone who wants to grow into bigger responsibility. You’ll be joining a team with real workload and a clear route to step up as you prove yourself.

You’ll be part of an organization with major project demand and a strong pipeline of work, meaning long-term stability and consistent project exposure. The leadership team is directly involved in the hiring process, and they back development with in-house training.

You’ll support project delivery on a local data center build in the Columbus area, helping keep documentation, coordination, and day-to-day project tasks moving smoothly on site.

This role suits a someone driven by progression and responsibility, who wants a clear route into running projects rather than staying in a support role long-term.

The Role:

Assist with project coordination and delivery on a data center construction project in Columbus, OH

On-site position supporting senior leadership and the wider project team

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm working pattern

The Person:

Construction-related degree

Experience using Bluebeam on construction projects (any industry considered)

Strong basic computer skills and able to support a busy project environment
