Superior Duct Fabrication Inc is looking for an experienced and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, proven territory management experience, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and industry partners.
Role Description The Territory Manager – Columbus, OH is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the Los Angeles market and surrounding areas. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate quotes, timely delivery, and high-quality service. The role involves regular visits to customer sites, presenting product solutions, and collaborating with operations and production teams to meet project requirements. The Territory Manager will track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on market trends, while maintaining detailed records in the company’s CRM or sales systems. This position also requires resolving customer issues, supporting project planning, and representing Superior Duct Fabrication at industry events or meetings as needed.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, customers, and industry partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide customers with appropriate HVAC product and solution recommendations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.
What We're looking For
Minimum of 10 years of proven HVAC sales experience.
Demonstrated experience managing and growing a sales territory.
Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and applications.
Proven track record of business development and customer relationship management.
Must be based in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles and willing to travel as required
