A financially strong multi-specialty group of 550 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional neurosurgeon based on growth and increased patient demand. Opportunity Highlights:

Join two established neurosurgeons specializing in general, spine, and brain

General neurosurgery with subspecialty interest, especially spine.

Four full-time PA s with additional strong support

One hospital location 423 bed level 2 trauma center

Starting base is $875,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus

Schedule is 2 days in clinic and 2 days in OR

Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing

Group paid malpractice with no tail

Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on

12% 401K gift with no matching required

RVU based comp starting the 2nd year

Residency/fellowship stipend possible

Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia and other wonders
