Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Nyne Infotech, LLC is hiring an Epic Ambulatory Analyst for a leading healthcare organization.

Location: Remote – United States

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Engagement: W-2, C2C, or 1099

Pay Range: $65-$75 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide EpicCare Ambulatory product, workflow, design, build, testing, upgrade, and production-support expertise.

• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to evaluate needs and implement configuration changes and workflow enhancements.

• Lead small-to-medium Epic upgrade and enhancement initiatives through design, build, validation, testing, and implementation.

• Perform unit, system, and integrated testing; troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex issues.

• Maintain system design, build, testing, change-control, and training documentation.

• Participate in application monitoring and on-call support as required.

Requirements:

• Active/current Epic Ambulatory certification.

• 3+ years of Epic application experience.

• Hands-on Epic Ambulatory build, testing, workflow analysis, and production-support experience.

• Epic CEE requirements completed and certifications maintained.

• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
