Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Full

Stack Developer with experience across both frontend and backend development. Candidates

who are stronger on either the front end or backend are welcome, provided they have hands-on exposure to both sides of the stack.

Years of experience : 5 plus

Key Technologies:

Java

Spring Boot

React

Experience building and integrating full-stack applications, APIs, and user-facing features is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full- stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.

Contribute to both frontend and backend development; candidates may have deeper

expertise on one side but must have exposure to both.

Apply Agile methodologies within a common framework to deliver incremental software releases.

Implement CI/CD, TDD, cloud-native patterns, security, and resiliency practices.

Collaborate across analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience developing full stack applications with exposure to both frontend and backend development.

Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.

Experience with React for frontend development. Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.

Understanding software engineering practices, including analysis, development,

testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Working knowledge of build, test, deployment, monitoring, and application improvement tools.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development frameworks.

Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and

application security.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with public cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.

Background in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management tools.
