We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join an innovative, patient-centered healthcare model focused on Direct Primary Care (DPC). This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine with reduced administrative burden, smaller patient panels, and a strong emphasis on preventive care and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize technology to enhance clinical efficiency and patient outcomes

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

Family Medicine

Internal Medicine

Med-Peds

Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)

Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-driven care

Comfortable using EMR and digital health tools
