Competitive base salary:

$500,000 for 0-3 years

$550,000 for 4-6 years

$600,000+ for 7+ years

Bonus & Incentives:

Up to $75,000 annual bonus based on performance

One-time $50,000 signing bonus

Lead and develop a vascular surgery program at a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio

Perform open and endovascular procedures including aneurysm repair, carotid artery surgery, limb salvage, and dialysis access

Manage vascular conditions through medical therapy and non-surgical interventions

Provide outpatient clinics, surgical planning, and follow-up care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, radiology, and other specialties

Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care

Participate in training, mentorship, and program expansion initiatives

Engage in opportunities for leadership roles within the department

Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care in a community-focused settingWhat You Need

Board-certified or eligible in Vascular Surgery

Ohio medical license (or eligibility for licensure)

Proven experience in vascular procedures and management

Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills

Ability to work flexible schedule and participate in call shifts (approx. 10 nights/month)About the Assignment

This role is based at a well-regarded community health system in Findlay, Ohio, partnering with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. You ll be pivotal in shaping and expanding a vascular program that emphasizes quality, innovation, and community health. The position offers a unique blend of clinical practice and leadership opportunity within a supportive environment, with no academic duties but a clinical faculty appointment through OSU.
