Anesthesiology Physician

Schedule: Various shifts including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 24-hour shifts; Day shifts, weeknight call (3pm-7am), weekend call (7am-7am), OB c-section/epidural coverage (7am-3pm or 3pm-7am on weekdays, 7am-7am on weekends), Main OR (Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday 7am-5pm), out of OR (7am-5pm), nerve blocks (Monday-Friday 7am-5pm); In-house call, on-call (pager), as needed, holiday shifts and call

Job Setting: 6 anesthesia rooms; Epic charting system; MDs doing their own cases (not supervising CRNAs)

Types of Cases: OB, General, Cardiac, Ortho, Neuro, Pediatrics

Credentialing: 60 days estimated privileging timeframe; temporary accelerated privileges available (30-60 days) Minimum Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification or Fellowship Required

Certifications: M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine; ECFMG and FLEX; Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia

Licensure: Currently licensed as a Physician; willing to accept candidates needing to obtain California state license About VISTA Staffing
