What You ll Do:
Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients with various diagnoses including anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, and trauma-related disorders
Manage pharmacotherapy and coordinate involuntary commitments as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation using Wellsky EMR system
Support a patient census averaging 18 patients daily
Participate in a supportive team environment with experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers
What You Need:
Valid Delaware medical license and board certification in Psychiatry
Minimum of 2 years inpatient psychiatric experience
Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
