Pay & Benefits:

Pay Package: Competitive salary ($235,000 - $265,000 annually), sign-on bonus, relocation assistance

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and/or family medicine patients

Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions

Conduct preventive care visits, wellness exams, and follow-ups

Develop and coordinate long-term treatment plans with specialists as needed

Document all clinical encounters accurately using EPIC EMR

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Participate in shared on-call duties (as assigned)

Support quality improvement initiatives and practice in accordance with organizational standards

Build trusted relationships with community members and support continuity of care

What You Need:

Active Michigan Medical License

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (not open to providers needing to re-credential)

Minimum of 0+ years experience (new graduates welcome)

Strong clinical and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based outpatient setting
