About the Opportunity

Aire Serv of Kingwood & Atascocita is building a high-performance residential HVAC company serving the Lake Houston area. We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Growth Manager to help build the operating foundation of the business from the beginning. This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, enjoys creating order from moving parts, and can connect customers, customer service, technicians, home-warranty partners, multifamily accounts, and ownership into one disciplined operating system.

The beginning of our operating flywheel is the most important part of this role: finding and receiving the right work, reviewing it quickly, assigning it intelligently, setting technicians up to execute correctly, and making sure each job moves cleanly from opportunity to completion, payment, review, referral, and repeat business.

What You Will Own

· Home-warranty and third-party service channels: relationships, work-order intake, authorizations, approvals, documentation requirements, claim quality, collections, aging, callbacks, and profitability visibility.

· Multifamily and property-management relationships: help build repeat service relationships with apartment communities, property managers, investors, and other recurring commercial/residential partners.

· The front end of the daily flywheel: review incoming work with the CSR, determine priorities, assign the right job to the right technician, confirm needed information is complete, and keep work moving.

· Technician readiness for warranty work: help technicians understand how warranty jobs differ from retail work, what documentation and approvals are required, when to stop and obtain authorization, what can and cannot be promised, and how to avoid preventable denials, rework, and callbacks.

· Customer-service and dispatch coordination: work closely with the CSR to manage booking, routing, customer communication, schedule changes, follow-up, open estimates, unresolved issues, and technician handoffs.

· ServiceTitan discipline: keep job statuses, notes, estimates, work orders, photos, invoices, follow-ups, and KPI data accurate enough to manage the company from the system rather than from memory.

· Warm-lead and referral growth: convert warranty customers, property relationships, community contacts, memberships, referrals, and other existing demand into repeat customers and profitable work.

· Operating SOPs and scorecards: document how work should move through the company and establish measurable standards that can be taught, repeated, audited, and improved.

· Closed-loop issue resolution: identify problems, assign an owner, establish the corrective action and due date, verify completion, and improve the process so the same problem is less likely to recur.\nCompany Description
