ACCI Lifeskills has over 50 years of experience in developing cognitive-behavioral lifeskills courses and programs for both correctional and educational clients. In corrections, our objective is to reduce recidivism rates and in education, we take a more preventative approach to reduce the school to prison pipeline.

ACCI is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an inside sales rep. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in both the correctional and educational sectors. This position is focused on helping our existing and potential customers understand and implement our curriculum and programs effectively. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for helping individuals overcome self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. This is a part time position that includes a competitive base salary plus commission. The position also includes the opportunity for career advancement in becoming an outside sales rep managing a territory.

Requirements

An ideal candidate should possess the following:

Bachelors degree (or soon to graduate)

Excellent communication skills

Self motivated

Exceptional relationship builder

Proficient with CRM and other office related technology

Humble, hungry, and focused.
