Looking for a restaurant leadership position without the late-night hours?

The Dough Shed Pizzeria is looking for a dependable, motivated Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team in West Jefferson. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and can confidently help lead a shift and keep things running smoothly.

This position can be part-time or full-time and includes flexible scheduling, a free meal every shift, and no late-night restaurant hours. We close at 8 PM Sunday–Thursday and 9 PM Friday–Saturday, and our closing team is typically finished within 30–45 minutes after closing.

What You’ll Do

Help lead and support team members throughout the shift

Keep the shift organized and running smoothly

Provide friendly, dependable customer service

Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant standards

Handle end-of-day cash responsibilities

Complete closing procedures and make sure the restaurant is ready for the next day

Step in and help wherever needed during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

Friendly and confident when interacting with customers

Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Available to work evenings and weekends

Restaurant, customer service, or leadership experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person

What We Offer

$15–$18/hour, depending on experience
