Candidates with these skills may have opportunities to participate in Club 390’s ongoing marketing and customer-development efforts.
Who We Are Looking For
We want more than someone who can simply run a shift.
The successful candidate should be a people person who genuinely enjoys hospitality—someone who is comfortable introducing themselves to customers, building rapport, recognizing when a guest needs attention, and developing relationships that encourage repeat business.
We also want someone who can earn the respect of employees, work professionally with entertainers and independent contractors, recognize operational problems, and take responsibility for getting them resolved.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that a successful hospitality business is built around customers having a great experience and wanting to come back.
Opportunity for Growth
This position offers the opportunity to become an important part of Club 390’s management team. Candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, operational ability, customer-development skills, marketing aptitude, and initiative may have opportunities to assume greater responsibilities as the organization continues to evolve.
