Club 390, an upscale gentlemen’s club located in the South Suburbs of Chicago, is seeking an experienced, outgoing Operations Manager to help lead day-to-day club operations while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for our guests.

This is a hands-on, highly visible management position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, bars, hotels, casinos, entertainment venues, or another customer-focused environment.

A college degree is not required. We are much more interested in proven hospitality experience, leadership ability, good judgment, professionalism, and the ability to connect with guests, employees, and entertainers.

Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Compensation

Expected total earnings: $60,000–$70,000 annually

Compensation consists of salary plus additional performance-based incentives.

Schedule

The current position is primarily late-morning through early-evening hours. Scheduling requirements may change in the future based on the needs of the business, so reasonable flexibility is expected.

Responsibilities

Provide visible, hands-on management of club operations during assigned shifts

Deliver excellent hospitality and customer service

Regularly interact with guests and develop relationships with repeat and prospective customers

Perform table visits and monitor the overall guest experience

Professionally resolve customer concerns, service issues, and disputes

Work closely with servers, bartenders, floor personnel, management, and other members of the Club 390 team

Coordinate professionally with entertainers and other independent contractors

Assist in creating a positive, professional, and energetic atmosphere

Monitor floor activity and help maximize guest engagement

Support VIP, private-room, and other revenue-producing areas of the club

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase sales

Maintain high standards for club cleanliness, appearance, and presentation

Become proficient with Club 390 POS and management systems

Assist with cash controls, shift close-out procedures, and management reporting

Assist with entertainer administration, auditions, orientations, fees, and related club procedures

Communicate shift activity and operational issues to senior management

Support customer-retention and promotional initiatives

Assist with social media and content-development efforts when appropriate

Perform other management responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

Hospitality industry experience

Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

A naturally outgoing personality and strong people skills

Excellent customer-service instincts

Confidence approaching and engaging customers

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities

Professional judgment and the ability to resolve problems calmly

Comfort working in a fast-paced nightlife and adult-entertainment environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The ability to balance hospitality responsibilities with operational and administrative duties

Dependability, maturity, discretion, and professionalism

Willingness to learn Club 390 operating systems and procedures

Experience in restaurants, bars/nightlife, hotels, casinos, entertainment venues, upscale hospitality, VIP service, or food and beverage management is especially relevant.

Social Media & Marketing

Experience with social media, promotions, customer retention, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus, but is not required.

Candidates with these skills may have opportunities to participate in Club 390’s ongoing marketing and customer-development efforts.

Who We Are Looking For

We want more than someone who can simply run a shift.

The successful candidate should be a people person who genuinely enjoys hospitality—someone who is comfortable introducing themselves to customers, building rapport, recognizing when a guest needs attention, and developing relationships that encourage repeat business.

We also want someone who can earn the respect of employees, work professionally with entertainers and independent contractors, recognize operational problems, and take responsibility for getting them resolved.

Most importantly, we want someone who understands that a successful hospitality business is built around customers having a great experience and wanting to come back.

Opportunity for Growth

This position offers the opportunity to become an important part of Club 390’s management team. Candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, operational ability, customer-development skills, marketing aptitude, and initiative may have opportunities to assume greater responsibilities as the organization continues to evolve.
