JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver products and documents to clients and businesses. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, good time management skills, and excellent customer service skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses safely and on time.

* Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that items are complete and charges are correct.

* Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

* Collect and accept payments for delivered items when required.

* Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle customer questions or concerns.

* Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

* Comply with transportation laws, traffic regulations, and company safety procedures.

* Maintain a safe and clean driving record.

* Prepare delivery reports and other required documents.

* Operate company vehicles and other equipment as needed.

* Ensure that delivered items are handled properly and securely.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Vocational course or equivalent qualification.

* At least 2 years of relevant delivery driving experience.

* Valid driver's license.

* Clean driving record.

* Additional licenses or certifications may be required depending on the vehicle assigned.

* Good knowledge of routes and traffic regulations.

* Strong time management and customer service skills.

* Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry items for extended periods.

* Physically capable of loading and unloading delivery items.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Willing to follow assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
