Senior Java Developer - Hybrid

Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Java Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH, Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, or Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid position.

Compensation: $59.00 - $69.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role will join the Enterprise Payments organization to support the Installment team. The position is focused on backend application development and modernization efforts for enterprise payment processing solutions.

Primary Requirements:

Strong backend Java development experience

Spring Boot

REST API development and integrations

Experience building scalable enterprise applications

Cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure also acceptable)

Agile experience

Desired Skills:

Payments experience is a plus

Self-motivated and proactive

Ability to speak up and ask thoughtful questions

Demonstrate strong communication skills

Willing to ask for help when needed

Open to coaching and collaboration

Takes ownership of their work
