MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Resort Maintenance Tech on the south end of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to help upkeep the Resort. Our Maintenance Tech will be doing a variety of different tasks and needs to be experienced in their field.

We are not looking for a contract worker; we are looking for someone to join our team as a Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand how to multitask and prioritize projects

Assist with interior and exterior resort operations

Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on the property, equipment, and fixtures

Identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a secure environment

Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the roof, pool areas, and HVAC equipment

Loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed

Service and repair landscaping equipment

Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the maintenance shop

Perform drywall installation and finishing work as needed

Utilize painting skills for finishing and touch-up tasks

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience with maintenance required

Collaboration, communication, and listening skills

Time management and organization to keep track of all daily duties

Experience operating handheld power tools safely

Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing

Experience working in a resort or hotel

Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour - Depending on Experience
