We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. As a RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care to our residents. About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care

Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Conducting regular rounds to assess patient care and safety

Identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to nursing staff, including delegation, guidance, and evaluation

• Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:
