This is a full-time, B2B outside sales position working within a local territory. You’ll meet in person with business owners, decision-makers, and employees, generate new business through referrals and in-person prospecting, and build long-term client relationships within the local business community. You’ll work directly with local businesses to make products and services available to support their employees and their families.

You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support while learning how to manage your territory, build a consistent sales pipeline, strengthen your sales skills, and develop professionally. Advancement is based on performance, with opportunities to grow into leadership for those interested in taking on greater responsibility.

Individuals with backgrounds in athletics, customer service, hospitality, management, business ownership, military, teaching, coaching or previous sales experience often perform very well in this role. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We’re willing to train individuals who bring the right work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

$68,000 average first-year income, with the opportunity to earn well above $100,000 based on performance
