Warehouse Distribution Coordinator

Zing Recruiting is hiring a Warehouse Distribution Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, returns, order processing, delivery scheduling, and inventory accuracy.Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PMPay: $18-$21/hrResponsibilities

Process and release customer orders and monitor open orders.

Process returns and coordinate pickups and rescheduling.

Schedule equipment deliveries and customer pickups.

Handle shipping, receiving, and parts processing.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate pre-installation of new equipment.

Work closely with Sales, Service, Operations, and other departments to resolve order and delivery issues.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Assist with other warehouse administrative duties as needed.Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

1–2 years of related warehouse, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.

Experience working with computers and database systems.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
